Self Hypnosis Workshop:
Join Master Clinical Hypnotherapist Lyle Tautfest for a life-changing workshop. You will learn the art and science of self-hypnosis, including lots of practice time to deeply develop this skill. We will begin with an in depth discussion of how hypnosis works, how it is different from meditation, the latest scientific findings of what happens in the brain under hypnosis.
Then we will move on to learning and practicing the skills necessary to enter this amazing state. And of course what to do once there.
Life changing, life improving, awakening, healing: mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritual growth, are only a few of the possibilities.

Spiritual Protection:
We all have a pretty good idea how to protect ourselves physically. You learned those skills in childhood, or you wouldn’t be around to read this. Once reaching adolescence or adulthood we quickly realize more is needed. The physical universe only accounts for about 4% of what is really there. The biggest part is way beyond the physical mechanical stuff we can detect. Think about that for a moment, 96% of everything is beyond our ability to detect with our finest scientific tools. Many of us have personal experience with those other things undetectable by science. Spirits, ghosts, ESP, intuition, creativity, charisma, beings from other realms, these are all examples of things non-physical, as is, love and fear, and many more you can think of.
The question is, how do we explore and interact with these things in a safe manner? Air bags and seat belts wont protect you when journeying beyond the physical universe. Before opening doorways to the unknown it is best to develop skills we can rely upon to keep us safe, both there and when returning to our daily lives of friends and loved ones.
